For all expectant parents, whether it’s your first or fifth baby, whether you are a couple or solo-parent, I’ve got you! These 14-hour fun and interactive antenatal classes are run in a small group setting. Usually on a weekend day. You can find available classes here. Prices start from £190 (early bird price) and the full price is £205. Light refreshments, lots of information, fun and goodie bag included. The venue is my home with plenty of free on-site parking! Private 1:1 childbirth preparation

My workshops are for you if you or your partner are expecting a baby or more and

• would like to find out more about childbirth
• are wondering about your (local) options and rights
• would like to learn about and practice some comfort techniques
• are wondering what to expect in the early post-partum period

I can help you (and your partner) prepare for the birth of your baby or babies. In a friendly, relaxed as well as fun atmosphere we will discuss your wishes, preferences, options, and choices.

Your bespoke 1:1 Antenatal Workshops near Bingham or online:

We will discuss and work together on which topics you would like to cover during your antenatal workshop. This workshop is for you, a personal format because you are worth it!

We will arrange dates and times to suit you. Pricing is £35 per hour (includes mother + one birth partner), minimum booking is 2hrs. Additional birth partners are £5 per hour. In addition to that, I offer a block booking of 6hrs for £200.

Example Antenatal Workshop format:

3 sessions (2 hrs each)

• First Session: Labour & Birth + Comfort measures
• Second Session: Assisted Births + Infant Feeding
• Third Session: Post-partum recovery + Practical Baby Care.

All one-to-one antenatal workshops (any format) include my Baby Feeding Support and Birth Trauma Services at no additional cost!
