Positions for Childbirth – The handout explores some birthing positions:  when having an epidural or EFM, using a birthing ball or a peanut ball, using a birthing pool or rebozo. It is also great to explore additional options for comfort and beneficial positions when having a more medicalised/monitored birth experience.

The handout comes in one design and has 3 pages. One page with images only and the other two have images and explanations.
