An activity to enable parents to explore and discuss different options to support themselves, the birth process and the birthing mother/person. Ideal as a re-cap activity towards the end of your childbirth education classes, courses or workshops.
Suitable for small and large groups, to work in a small group setting or as a couple to explore their options.
