Pregnancy Support
You are pregnant and you are overwhelmed by all the advice, choices and recommendations? Here is how I can help you!
As a pregnancy support doula I will walk alongside you during your pregnancy and help you find the information you are looking for. There are so many misleading and false news out there. I can help you identify trustworthy and evidence-based information and sources of support. All to enable and empower you to make informed decisions and the right choices for you and your family!
I can also provide mindful hypnobirthing classes/sessions, antenatal education and infant feeding education to you as part of the package.
Birth Doula Services
Due to a change of circumstances, I currently do not offer in-person birth doula support. Please see my doula in your pocket services or book with my colleague Sophie Fletcher instead. Sophie and I work together as “doula buddies”, and I am her buddy for days she may not be available.
Doula in your pocket – Remote doula services
I am offering pregnancy and postnatal/post-partum doula services as a remote package. Either in addition to your in-person support or as a stand-alone. These services are for all families during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Supporting all parents, whether there is one parent or three (or more) and whether it is to support the pregnant parent or the supporting parent(s).

The fee is £35/contact hour, minimum booking is 2 contact hours payable in advance as a non-refundable deposit. The remainder is payable after the birth of your baby or babies.
Post-partum (Postnatal) Doula Services
- Opportunity to reflect on your recent birth experience.
- Reassurance and encouragement regarding feeding options and techniques, whichever way you have chosen to feed your baby.
- Practical help within your home environment
- Support your wider family
- Gives you a chance to sleep, rest & bond with your baby
Post-partum/postnatal Doula services are charged and can be booked on an hourly basis at £35/hr. Minimum booking is 2hrs. The fee for 20hrs is £500 and 40hrs are £1000.

I travel for free within the NG13 9 postcode area. Other areas can be covered for a small travel fee of 45p per mile per car or for public transport ticket prices (where applicable).
