Included is the handout in three designs:

- colourful with the wording “Support the birthing parent, support the birthing process, support the flow of oxytocin.”
I recommend that you laminate the activities to increase their durability and flexibility. Laminated activities can be used with dry-wipe markers but also can be cleaned before/after use.
