Parenting – Setting Expectations, an educational discussion activity to explore and set more realistic expectations about parenting a newborn baby. Becoming a family and having a newborn baby can be challenging and intense. Social media, family, friends, culture and environment influence parents’ decisions and expectations.
These 5 different activities can be used during or alongside workshops or as homework. They encourage couples and family units to compare, share and discuss their expectations. A great base for discussions during antenatal education settings and to empower expectant parents with tips and tricks.
