Breastmilk vs Formula activity is an activity for parents-to-be to explore the ingredients/composition of breastmilk compared to formula milk.

Updated in December 2023 – New December 2023: Version using the term “human milk” instead of breastmilk is included. You can download either or both!

After participating in this activity, the participants will be able to name and describe some ingredients of Breastmilk vs Formula milk and compare the two.

It is truly amazing how many ingredients are found in both human milk and formula milk! This activity only explores a few of the ingredients in human milk. Check out the human milk website for even more information!
