“Birth Partners – 10 Tips”. A handout and flashcards for all birth supporters and birth workers. These tips are aimed at supporting birth partners in their role during the birthing process. They provide guidance on how they can best support the birthing woman/person and remind them to take care of themselves, too. The tips have been written by expecting and new parents and are suitable for all birth partners, doulas, or other birth supporters.If you prefer, you can also find the same images on my ‘How to be a supportive birth partner’ poster and separate handout. To make the activities more durable and flexible, I recommend laminating them. Laminated activities can be used with dry-wipe markers and easily cleaned before/after use.
