Online Pregnancy Relaxation Sessions
Online Pregnancy Relaxation sessions. 60 minutes to focus on yourself and your growing baby and pregnancy. Time to bond with your baby and build body and mind confidence. All from the comfort of your home. No travel required! Just settle in, switch on your device, join the zoom call and relax.
Each online session includes at least 2 different relaxations, some time to reflect on your day as well as some discussion.
Every week I will introduce a different technique to aid childbirth, bond with your baby or reduce anxiety. A wonderful way to focus on yourself, and your pregnancy while building confidence and calm for the birth of your baby.
Each online pregnancy relaxation cycle is 6 weeks long. £36 per 6-week block.

These relaxation sessions support your journey into parenthood. They also support my hypnobirthing workshops as well as antenatal workshops.
All sessions will run on zoom. Zoom is accessible via most electronic devices. I recommend that you choose a comfortable place to sit or lie down, a glass of water as well as a blanket handy!
