A 4-hour workshop where we’ll create labour beadlines together, share ideas & socialize with other birth workers.
The workshop fee includes all materials for one labour beadline. You can purchase additional materials for additional labour beadlines on the day or in advance for £7/per labour beadline.
The workshop fee also includes a set of printable materials, including the pattern (pdf-files) which you can use with your labour beadlines. Alternatively, you’ll get the chance to purchase ready printed and laminated copies on the day.
The Labour Beadline Workshops will take place at my home in Bingham (NG13), Nottinghamshire, within easy reach from London & Birmingham by train. Free parking is available.
Bingham has a train station which is an approx. 9-minute walk away. Trains arrive hourly from Nottingham and Grantham.
You are invited to bring a packed lunch and I will provide light refreshments such as cold & hot drinks, fruit and biscuits.
Places are limited to 5 participants.
Timings: 10:00 -14:00
Babies in arms/slings are welcome. No mobile children under the age of 3, please, due to choking hazards (beads).

What is a labour beadline?
A labour beadline is a collection of beads strung up on a fishing line or similar strong thread. Some labour bead lines are using different sized beads to represent contractions vs breaks others use different colours and some use both.
